Safe Practices
During Sessions
- Minimum of two adults present at all times
- Open door policy - sessions visible to others
- Age-appropriate activities and language
- Clear boundaries and expectations
- Proper supervision ratios maintained
Communication
- All communication with parents/guardians documented
- No private social media contact with children
- Transparent reporting procedures
- Regular updates to parents about activities
